We decided to stop in for lunch while running errabds and chose the new Thanksgiving turkey sandwhich. WOW Tims have got it right with this one as its delicious! Shout out to our sandwhich maker today as the first bun was overcooked and she aplogised and checked to see if that was ok and happily remade it no problem at all.

They never have any kind of good food available after 8pm. So frustrating. They should have some signs suggesting unavailability of menu items after certain times if thats what they are going to do every time!

I ordered a steeped tea and was very disappointed. It had no taste at all – it literally looked and tasted like plain hot water. Definitely not what I expected. Won’t be ordering again. Truck drivers, please don’t stop here – it’s just a waste of your money and time. Totally not worth it.

I purchased a Tim's gift card at Giant Tiger for a friend the card said activated but would not work at several Tim Hortons. Giant Tiger did nothing and I spent several hours talking to Tim Hortons customer service which did nothing. I went to this location and the manager/owner Shawn was wonderful he took the card that did not work and gave me another with a bit extra for the inconvenience. I go there quite a bit and will continue to do so as he treats customers with respect, honesty and integrity. ❤️
Great employees and good service however the atmosphere around the counter is somewhat off putting as it’s just a giant empty wall and cuts off any personal experience with any customers as you can only see their heads

Visited this location on our way to Toronto with 3 kids. The manager was absolutely rude and treated us with outright hate. We ordered sandwiches and drinks, they served only one of the drinks and we waited for the rest while they kept serving other customers who ordered behind us. Upon friendly reminder, the woman(manager)came over and literally tossed the brown bag of sandwiches that slid over the counter. No apologies nothing while she smiled for other white customers and seemed very attentive to them. Very bad experience that I would never want my kids to see again. Stop the hatred and train your staff to treat everyone with courtesy and respect.

I got 2 coffes ans asked for pumpkin shots in both. The brista put in it one only that too wasn't mixed it all came to me in last sip. Imagine your morning coffee like that
