Visited this location on our way to Toronto with 3 kids. The manager was absolutely rude and treated us with outright hate. We ordered sandwiches and drinks, they served only one of the drinks and we waited for the rest while they kept serving other customers who ordered behind us. Upon friendly reminder, the woman(manager)came over and literally tossed the brown bag of sandwiches that slid over the counter. No apologies nothing while she smiled for other white customers and seemed very attentive to them. Very bad experience that I would never want my kids to see again. Stop the hatred and train your staff to treat everyone with courtesy and respect.

I got 2 coffes ans asked for pumpkin shots in both. The brista put in it one only that too wasn't mixed it all came to me in last sip. Imagine your morning coffee like that

The two ladies who are always closing are always so rude. So mean for no reason; Acting like my order is something that they have to go out their way to do. Give me my order without having to give me attitude or dirty looks … If you don’t want to work there then quit but don’t take it out on customers because you’re unhappy …

Nice menu. Quiet atmosphere. Clean. Could do without the attitude. We won’t go back based on that. Rude! Tried three different times and all were negative experiences at night. For one thing if you close at 9:45pm don’t walk past our table at 9:30pm and announce your closing in 10 minutes when it’s actually 15 and then start mumbling under your breath about respect. Then continue to complain about respect with fellow staff members behind the counter. I think you’ve got that backwards. We ordered a small coffee to go and would have been long gone. We’re fully aware that you close at 9:45 pm through the week. You’ve made that loud and clear.

Nice clean restaurant, food was tolerable (sausage and egg on 12 grain bagel), service was ok. Counter staff seemed overloaded between the counter, the drive through and the number of workers

I went there to get iced coffee . Firstly, was standing there for 7 minutes straight. They did not even bothered to say wait no body even made eye contact(basic customer service skills). The women washroom was awful.The customer service is also not very great.. won’t be going there ever.

I really appreciate service with a smile. When I pull up to that drive-thru window and the person on the other side of the window has a huge frown or scowl on their face it's not a good experience. I know they may be dealing with something personal but honestly minimum wage is $16 an hour.... Just smile and be thankful you have a job.

I went to the bathroom last night and when I walked out, I got the death stair Because they didn’t realize somebody was in the bathroom that’s not my problem. When I walked back to my car, the one worker was staring right at me, gave me a dirty look and started shaking her head. All I did was go pee. There was a lady in there before me was washing her hair and washing her body.

I just visited to have iced coffee and i have a survey coupon for this coffee for a dollar . They didnt accept tell tims survey coupon by wrongly saying that the code has been changed whereas these surveys for iced coffee or french vanilla are working at other locations. The survey codes does work with tell tims rewards . So why are they fooling people?

The employees do not treat the customer with respect. I now bought my coffee from inside and said thank you. The employee’s face was frowning and he did not say welcome.
