We decided to stop in for lunch while running errabds and chose the new Thanksgiving turkey sandwhich. WOW Tims have got it right with this one as its delicious! Shout out to our sandwhich maker today as the first bun was overcooked and she aplogised and checked to see if that was ok and happily remade it no problem at all.
I purchased a Tim's gift card at Giant Tiger for a friend the card said activated but would not work at several Tim Hortons. Giant Tiger did nothing and I spent several hours talking to Tim Hortons customer service which did nothing.
I went to this location and the manager/owner Shawn was wonderful he took the card that did not work and gave me another with a bit extra for the inconvenience.
I go there quite a bit and will continue to do so as he treats...

Great employees and good service however the atmosphere around the counter is somewhat off putting as it’s just a giant empty wall and cuts off any personal experience with any customers as you can only see their heads
