I really had bad experience with customer service because I ordered 4 Ice caps, they started making my order after taking payment as I ordered through drive through and I saw from window there was not even single person inside the store for order. I don't know on what important topic they were talking instead of making my order and it took 15 minutes to make my order after payment. Hope manager take action on this

Coffee is great and most food items are OK but the donuts always seem day old as they are mass produced in a factory and shipped there as apposed to being made fresh daily in house. What a shame.
Bagel had barely any cream cheese. Sad day lol hopefully this isn't the new norm for portions.

My order was again incorrect, gave me regular tea, not decaf, which I ordered....caffeine makes me very sick and didn't have what I ordered in it...ordered through drive thru...had to go back again to get them to do it right...of course never offered anything for the inconvenience...

Went inside and ordered food and drink for the family, the guy who "helped" make our frozen lemonades brought over 1. I told him we ordered 3. He then brought another one over a few minutes later. I once again told him we ordered 3. Got it once again a few minutes later. Shortly after a couple in line behind us had the same issue. They weren't as okay with it as we were. The staff and the customers got into a loud heated arguement over it, yelling and swearing at one another. I was there with small children. Would strongly recommend avoiding this location.
