Coffee is great and most food items are OK but the donuts always seem day old as they are mass produced in a factory and shipped there as apposed to being made fresh daily in house. What a shame.

My order was again incorrect, gave me regular tea, not decaf, which I ordered....caffeine makes me very sick and didn't have what I ordered in it...ordered through drive thru...had to go back again to get them to do it right...of course never offered anything for the inconvenience...

Went inside and ordered food and drink for the family, the guy who "helped" make our frozen lemonades brought over 1. I told him we ordered 3. He then brought another one over a few minutes later. I once again told him we ordered 3. Got it once again a few minutes later. Shortly after a couple in line behind us had the same issue. They weren't as okay with it as we were. The staff and the customers got into a loud heated arguement over it, yelling and swearing at one another. I was there with small children. Would strongly recommend avoiding this location.

Ordered an everything bagel and ice coffee, got 12 grain bagel and ice coffee with just cream no cane sugar in it. Very bad experience!

This Tim's at Port Hope ,401 is way to slow. These people need a lot more help. Unfortunately with the self order and the till the servers get mixed up with orders and 30 minutes for a coffee tea and bagel is too long to wait. Help the servers out.

Just waited 15 mins for 2 teas because of employee Ipek. Customers that bought drink AND FOOD after me were served before I got my drinks. Not only was I put to the side after ordering but employees seemed to have 'lost' my order as they had to ask me twice what my order even was (only giving me 1 tea after I PAID for 2 already) and no sugar was put in my 2nd tea. Not impressed:( would honestly make the drive up Confederation St next time.

Went to this Tims, the service is the worst, stood in line for at least 7 to 8 minutes not one person even asked if they could help us, but there were at least 6 of the workers standing near the drive thru window.
