Person served me a straight up exploded mint tea and just handed it to me like they didn’t rip the tag and string off it… there was no way they didn’t see it when they filled the cup because they purposely tucked the not wet string and tag into the sleeve on the cup

Ordered 3 sasuage, egg and cheese on a biscuit and received 3 sandwiches without the sausage. Very slow service. You should hire a secret shopper and you will get all the details you need to correct the issues at this location.

Staff did not have accurate information on the hockey card discount program. Three beverages were ordered along with 3 packs of cards. They only rang up 2 packs and only gave me a discount on one of the two packs. The staff member indicated "only one promo per purchase". When challenged on her error, the staff member left "to ask her supervisor" who apparently confirmed this. Additionally one beverage (a tea) which was entered correctly on the drive thru screen was found to be a coffee when we were too far down the road to return. Attempts to call the store went unanswered. Should be noted we are from out of town so attending the location was not possible after the drink error was noted.

If you’re a late night worker don’t go here for your coffee or food. They don’t give a care in the world about you at this time. I went here at 3 am to be get a coffee and all I had was change and I handed all my change in a rush because I thought I was taking to long to count it so I just handed like 5$ in change and she scoffs and counts it throws it in the register and then looks at me telling me I can leave now. I’d give this place a 0 if I could. Terrible service
Omg absolutely disgusting there are flies flying everywhere they are landing on our food and the workers do not care and will still serve it to you. Absolutely disgusted from this location.

I don’t like leaving this review, but this is the third time I’ve received the wrong order from the drive-thru (in only 2 weeks!!). I didn’t have time to wait back in line again so just moved on. This is a convenient location for me that go to regularly, but I will go out of my way to another location from now on. :-(

This place has generally subpar customer service, but what gets me is how there is constantly a group of bums hanging out right at the entry, typically chain smoking and parking their shopping cart full off junk near the doors. I had to walk through a cloud of smoke and sounds of someone coughing their lungs out right at the entrance. They seem to hang out there all day, going in and out. Not sure how the person running this place is ok with that, but that’s a sure fire way to encourage people to go elsewhere.

Person taking my order did not punch in my request for coke to drink. Even though I told her at least twice. So I had to pay twice. She did however offer me a cup to drink my coke out of so I give her that. They don't normally do that. Food good. The toilet stall in their bathroom that I was in was extremely tiny. Could barely get in or out or sit down.
