Parking: The only reason they could be difficult to find parking is it's so popular that most times the parking lot is full.

I was the other day and even though it was busy, after school crowd and drive thru the kids behind the counter handled it well. A customer began to scream at the girl behind the counter about the chicken. Wouldn't let them offer anything or speak to rectify the situation. People need to stop being horrible to service workers. I wanted to make sure people knew they did well. I had no issues with food was done how i asked and the coffee was fresh. I love this Tims.

I attended this location Sept 13 2024 at 7am. Drive thru I ordered a begal belt with bacon and med coffee. To my surprise I was told they weren't serving breakfast as they ran out of eggs. I was then told I would have to wait for coffee as it wasn't ready. This is the second time in 3wks where they apparently ran out of eggs. I'm done with this location.
Coffee and donut were fine but a lot to be said for service. The abrupt male server kept me waiting while he disappeared into the back of the store....he also forgot to give me a copy of the receipt even though I requested it. Also it would have been nice if his command of the English language was a little better. This, however, is typical of many Tim Hortons we visit.

Ordered in app. Waited for some time before someone asked what I was waiting for, because they hadn't looked at the app orders. They didn't have what I ordered. I asked for a refund and was told I had to do it on the app. Use the app to try and get a refund and am told that it has to be done in store! Thieves! That's what they are, thieves!

No lineup in Drive thru but for some reason attendant was pissy and rude. They also messed up our order - received a poor tasting coffee instead of steeped tea that was ordered.

Something has definitely changed at this location over the past year or so.I live right around the corner from this location so of course this one would be my first choice but not anymore.
Just now at 7am I went through the drive in and ordered a breakfast sandwich and a hashbrown which would earn me 400 pts but guess what,I was told that they "ran out" of hashbrowns,what,it's 7am that didn't even make any sense,at least be honest about why you don't have them.I did what I've never done and drove right past the window and went to the one on Exmouth and everything was good.I had a bad experience a few weeks ago with the Colbourne location,to long to get into but needless to say I will now be going out of my way to The Tim's on Exmouth.Im pretty sure the management has changed at the location by my house which may be the part of the problem.
I have never given this place a review let alone a bad one but it just seems that things at this location keep happening so that's why.

Today jun 12 I ordered a BELT sandwich. Gave me a sandwich without the egg. Thats what BELT means. Bacon egg lettuce and tomato.

Highly disappointed in the staff at this location. Every single time I’ve come here they’re always so disrespectful. At first, I just thought one of the workers was just having a bad day but after I’ve came in multiple times and been treated the same way every single time by multiple people I don’t think it’s a coincidence anymore. I’ve never been so disrespected by a staff member until I went to this Tim hortons. More like Tim horrors. The staff here kicked us out because we had a drink from a different store even though we’ve payed for food from that tims. She had such an additude before she even started talking to us or took our order. She seemed so disinterested in us and what we wanted to order I feel like if people work in customer service they should at least respect their customers. I’d shake it off if it has only happened like once but this has happened every single time we went in the past few weeks. We’ve been disrespected by every staff member there. One time one of the workers gave us 2 cold bagels barely toasted. We waited 10 minutes for waters because she was too busy stalling. One of the others workers came out and tried to get us water but she told him not to and that she would do it. She gave us cups with coffee grinds on the lids. Please do better.
