I was the other day and even though it was busy, after school crowd and drive thru the kids behind the counter handled it well. A customer began to scream at the girl behind the counter about the chicken. Wouldn't let them offer anything or speak to rectify the situation. People need to stop being horrible to service workers. I wanted to make sure people knew they did well. I had no issues with food was done how i asked and the coffee was fresh. I love this Tims.
The short haired girl never seems interested in work. She avoids interaction with customers and I sat for 7 minutes watching her avoid making a Bagel until a co worker jumped from cash to do it. The staff kept looking at her expecting her to do something yet nothing was done. This is a regular occurrence. Why have ppl in there that don't want to work or interact with other people
My order is always right and tastes great. All the staff are super nice and they get to know their customers and chat with them. Even in the drive thru the order taker and the person at the window are always polite. Love this Tims.
