They said this is normal peanut butter. I watched the girl throw out half my pack of peanut butter while she rushed to prepare this. Wasn't even busy. Never wasting my money on Tim's again , just go to a local shop. Made me pay 55 cents when I asked for a bit more. Ridiculous
Tim Hortons provides a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that makes it a great spot to relax and unwind.
Although the quality of the coffee isn't top-notch, the variety of donuts and pastries is always a treat.
The staff are generally pleasant and efficient, ensuring a positive experience overall. Despite the coffee not being the best, the inviting environment and tasty snacks make it worth visiting.

Unsure of who I spoke to at the window, piercing and glasses, horrible customer service. I had a complicated order, and they asked me to repeat it at the window because I was unsure of how to tell them and apologized because I don’t know how to tell them other than that way (iced coffee, black, one cream, so there is 1 cream and no sugar). I hadn’t had an issue before , but they asked me if I wanted extra cream at the window so I tried to explain. She was extremely snobby, and as I was pulling away called back to tell me “that’s not how you order it” in an extremely catty tone.
Ordered 1 coffee, 1 tea, and a smile cookie. Lineup went through quickly, order was perfect, and everyone was polite and smiling.

I order 20 timbits 2 cookies and 2 hot chocolates and I got 19 timbits and 1 cookie and had to buy another one even though I played for it and I got 1 full hot chocolate and the other one was 1/2 of the cup. And the person who took the order had 2 cookies on it but they only got me one WOULD NEVER GO THERE
