Easily one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had, hands down. All the staff are super friendly. They were super quick making my order and were more than happy to chat with me while they did so. Best location in Sarnia!
I went and got the three meat flatbread pizza and an ice coffee, it usually takes 15 minutes for my order at other tim hortons locations however it took maybe 6-7 at this Tim’s the service was great they spoke well and understood me just as well, atmosphere was nice they keep it clean they seem to have pride about their work environment.
Tim Hortons provides a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that makes it a great spot to relax and unwind.
Although the quality of the coffee isn't top-notch, the variety of donuts and pastries is always a treat.
