Had some great experiences here in the past. Not last night unfortunately. This waitress shouldn’t be a server. We saw her cough over food she was serving to another table, disgusting! She gave us menus and brought our drinks, then never approached us again. We were sitting at a table beside the bar so we had to interrupt the bartender for drinks and to order our food. He was a fantastic server. She was cold and rude and more interested in serving her husband and daughter at the table beside us and ignore us. Not sure what we did to piss her off, we were very friendly. I mentioned to the bartender that we weren’t getting table service, he didn’t respond. Wonton nachos were very good. Burger was overcooked and bland. Prices are way up, everything on the menu is $20 or more. We will go elsewhere in the future for better service and lower prices.

I ate the The Big Leburgski and I wish the burger was a smash burger inside the Mac N Cheese outer shell. It's instead a hardened generic processed burger with no seasoning.
Definitely unique but far from being something that could be great.

Well… where do I even start? This place sucks, to say the absolute least. The food was bland at best, and the servers? Beyond catty, dismissive, and flat-out rude. What really crossed the line was how they treated my autistic child—completely unacceptable. As a first responder, I’m used to handling tough situations, but being disrespected while dining with my family is not one of them.
I’ve already told my friends and family, many of whom used to enjoy coming here, about the way we were treated. Safe to say, we won’t be returning—and I’ll make sure others know exactly how this establishment treats families, children with special needs, and first responders.

We were truly shocked by what happened during our recent visit. Twisted Arms used to be a place we enjoyed—good music, good drinks, and a welcoming vibe. But last night was a complete letdown.
We walked in, found a table, and my husband went to the bar to order drinks. The staff was rude when he asked about the beer selection, which left him visibly upset. When the staff member approached our table, I asked why she was acting with such attitude—there was no need for hostility. She grabbed our drinks, told us we were cut off, and spilled them while taking them into the back. I followed her, since we had paid for those drinks, and the manager stepped in and offered a refund.
What really saddens us is how different things feel now. Back in our day, working in this industry meant treating customers with a smile, showing respect, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. We don’t understand how younger staff today can get away with treating guests with such attitude. Grabbing our drinks like that wasn’t just rude—it confirmed the disrespect that started at the bar.
The situation escalated around us, but my husband and I stayed calm. We left and decided we won’t be returning. Thankfully, we ended up having a great night elsewhere and spent our evening at a place that still values customer service.
Twisted Arms has lost our trust, and sadly, it’s no longer the place we once enjoyed.
It was average bar food. My friends chicken was raw but my food was great!
