I was ordering drinks from the bar and they were filling my glass with sprite and water instead of sprite and vodka
Came here to watch a hockey game and get something to eat but apparently where I sat was problematic and then they refused to give me a menu which is why I’ve never been back
asked for the manager and the 20yo college student giving me trouble said she was the manager
I constantly face discrimination from crazy employees at this place (there was a music night with a sick band where an employee came up to me and told me to leave even tho the place wasn’t closed yet)
I would highly suggest avoiding if you’re also a POC
it really sucks because I love supporting Canadian businesses but not blunt racism

I have been twice to the Twisted Arm and both times were terrific! The wonton nachos are to die for. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Good place Food is good Very smiley stuff However When we ordered I specifically said we don't eat pork The manager decided to believe her staff member instead of believing the customer. And she was going to charge us anyway for the plate. She even escalated by saying that I don't think that my staff member is lying to me, which implying that I am lying to her. It was a very simple issue that was made bigger than what it was. She simply wanted to charge me for the plate, although I told her I specifically said no pork. And she called me a liar without tell it to me in my face. She forced us to buy the same plate again without pork . A good practice is for for restaurants like that. Who doesn't really understand culture very well is that they should say by the way, this plate has pork in it maybe and maybe the customer wasn't paying attention Very disappointed

The fries are my favourite here. They’re so crispy and textured. It’s always very clean here, including the bathrooms. Which I appreciate have actual doors and not stalls.

Called today, which was Wednesday night and made a little date night with me and my girlfriend. We went 45 minutes before close and was told On The Phone that we would get food and still said the kitchen was closed. Very disappointed.

Hazard special where they had certain dishes on sale for 10 bucks after 8:00 p.m. I had the mini burger sliders with fries and it was delicious. Way better than any fast food places and about half the price literally.
