We went to ups and downs for my gf birthday. My girlfriend went up to get drinks at the bar, the bartender “ Michelle “ was nothing but mean and ignorant. Not to mention the cost of 24 dollars for three half shots “ literally “ not even full shots. So with the ignorance and extreme prices for regular shots or drinks I highly recommend not going here.

Used every time went to Sarnia lunch both wife and I could not eat, bangers and mash!, sausages burnt hard, hot and cold spots, veg cold, mash ,lumpy. Was told not microwaved but made fresh difficult to believe. Disappointing after so many good meals at establishment, will never use again.

This is a great place for dinner or drinks and appetizers. They sometimes have live music, too. It has a great pub feel, and there are many old pictures and newspaper articles to browse.

Shelly the waitress is out to lunch ..she was non attentive..I said hey can you put his beer on my tab ? She berated me me calling her hey..said it officeve. I apologized said I'm from nb , had no idea it was...she then then proceed to talk about me to next group..I left my buddy left , and next table left. Top it off she came outside when I was leaving.
Food was great, my wife suffers from celiac disease and I can safely say after over 24h past the meal that this place took excellent care of her dish! Fantastic service and a nice cozy atmosphere, and absolutely knowledgeable about cross-contamination with gluten. Did not think a place like this existed! Thanks guys! 10/10 recommend stopping here if you’re in Sarnia!

The server is very rude and worst service ever!!! This server shouldn’t even work she didn’t even gave napkins and directly told no very worst shouldn’t work as a server!! She is working tonight 18 March
