Waggs Steak & Seafood Restaurant

Had an excellent rib eye steak with roasted veg and a twice baked potato.
Wonderful service and a plate that was so full of food it was like being at a buffet and overfilling your plate.

Delicious meal! We had the roast beef wrap, beef barley soup and fresh garden salad. The three of us found our meals to be fresh, delicious and generous.
Service was on point, we will definitely return soon!

My husband and I took my parents to Waggs - it was the first time for all of us. We all ordered the prime rib. I think it was the best I've ever had, so flavourful and melt in your mouth. We really enjoyed our dinner. Service was great too. You would never think to go in based on the outside, but nice enough inside and you go for the prime rib which is so very worth it. We will definately return!

The service was terrible. We ordered drinks and shortly after we ordered our food. It took 45+ minutes for our meals to arrive after soups and salads. I had prime rib and it was delicious. My wife had a ribeye and it was not good. It was very dry and tough. We asked our waitress why the food took so long and she replied that she hadn’t noticed. However she did apologize. Needless to say, we will not go back.

Seem to be short on staff and the chicken and rice was not what I expected. Normally it's chicken breast meat. Think it was chicken thighs, brown meat. Would not order it again.

Outside of the place isn't much, but the food was very good.

It’s your standard prime rib.

Excellent Prime rib

Rude old front server. Glared at us for no reason and gave us the worst table by the front door. No one was there, no table reserved. Probably discriminated against me because I am Asian.

This was our first time here and we definitely will be back. Shauna our server was absolutely amazing. Friendly and funny. It was a pleasure meeting you Shauna. The food was delicious and so good. Everything about this restaurant is perfect. Thank you all. We will definitely be back.

FANTASTIC!
I have Not been able to find a GOOD Prime Rib in Michigan (macomb/st clair county) since 'Mountain Jacks' left in the Early 90's.. This place IS IT. My husband really Enjoyed the ribs, ate the whole slab, which is unusual for him.
We enjoyed a Very Nice, Quiet dining experience. Beers/appetizer/dinner, too full for dessert.
We will Definitely return.

From the outside one only sees a dated somewhat run down motel. There is no mobility friendly entrance. Before entering the reception area you pass a small lounge and bar with 4 bar stools on your right. Hello Eighties is the decor with dark hues. But from being seated to ordering to food the place totally redeems itself. Alcohol drinks were well made, the food had great presentation generous portions and most importantly it was cooked as we asked and the taste was beyond awesome. We will be back...

When our group arrived, the restaurant was full and felt crowded with the amount of tables and customers/staff.

While there were many staff on the floor, drinks took forever, had to ask for refills and was subsequently forgotten. Steaks and prime rib were over done and sides ordered came out wrong for a few of the table. That said, the steaks and prime rib weren't dry and very flavourful.

The food was decent and perhaps it was a busy or off night.
