Had a dinosaur birthday cake for a 5 year old and I found it to be not very moist and the decorative top looked to be done by a child. Very disappointed in this especially for the price

Bought the lemon cupcakes. They are now half the size for the same price. Also the changed the lemon and it's horrible . Why would you change something that wasn't broken. Definitely not a good as it used to be

This is a review of items purchased for a 2023 family Christmas dinner.We pre-ordered an apple and pumpkin pie as well as 24 dinner rolls.We are newcomers to the region, so we went along with family members' recommendations and chose this bakery for the items previously listed.I'm sorry to say that all items purchased were disappointing. The dinner rolls were not fresh the day they were picked up. The pies were the thinnest I'd ever seen, and so I had to purchase another pie from elsewhere.To make matters worse, I phoned Williams bakery 2 days after boxing day, hoping to speak to the owner or store manager, and neither was present, so I relayed my issues to the sales clerk.She took the information down and said she would pass on my comments to the manager/owner. It's been 2 weeks now, and there's still no response from anyone.I guess customer satisfaction is no longer important for the people who own/run the bakery

Williams Pastry Shop saved my wedding after a last minute cancellation from our dessert provider. They agreed two weeks before our wedding to make our cakes and cupcakes, and on top of that deliver... all for a fraction of the price of what our original vendor was. The cakes and cupcakes were delicious! Their friendly service and ability to be so kind to us while we were stressing out over the last minute cancellation was noted. I'll be going back quite frequently for some treats now...

Not much change daily to the usual dessert choices. Their butter rolls although delish, are over $15.00 for two dozen now. Better off to get your buns from Cosmos, as they are at least four times the size, delish too and much, much cheaper.
Fantastic baked goods! Purchased a Coconut Cream Pie a couple of weeks ago and now won't go anywhere else!

I stopped by and picked up a peach pie and dinner rolls. The ladies working were so friendly, we had a good laugh at whether or not it is appropriate to only have buns and pie for dinner lol And yes it turns out is!!! Thank you for the sweet treats!!! :)
