Very clean, nice pool and sauna. Snowmobile trail right to the door.

The check-in was smooth and easy.
The room was small. It was chilly when we checked into the room. The big patio door was frozen, and a lot of ice on it. Lots of cold air was coming through thay patio door. The room was renovated. Nice and clean. Needed more blankets and pillows. We didn't end up using the pool because it was separated from the main area, and it was so cold outside. Very reasonable priced with a pet fee.

This is the best motel I've ever stayed at if you come to Sault Ste Marie please stay here they are very friendly rooms are excellent I've had worse rooms and I'm a diamond member for Wyndham screw the Wyndham points I will stay here next time and I work all over the country this is the best by far 5 out of 5

You're nice little basic motel had a veranda which was nice opening to a yard conveniently located on the trans Canada. The staff was easy to work with. The rooms were clean but standard good for an overnight not a resort.

Very clean rooms. The person who checked us in told us the room was pet friendly in case we had allergies. Very thoughtful. I would stay here again.

This has to be the best place to stay , so clean , the Owners are super friendly and so helpful, close to everything,every time I go to Erin/orangeville Ontario I stop and stay the night and coming back, super clean

Stayed twice recently. Rooms very clean and in good order. Family that runs it are quite nice. Portions at the chip kiosk are rather generous. Parking spaces are wide. Nice places to sit, front and back of the units. The pool is well appointed and was so refreshing after a long drive. The park-like setting out back adds tranquility.

We always stop here on our way up to the wilderness. Can't beat the clean rooms, convenient to local area needs in our pit stop, friendly owners and staff, and the added bonus of a pool& sauna and the Ambassador Fry Shack.
You know how it's a real gamble finding a safe and clean motel while traveling.....never a possibility if you stay here.
Always a staple stop for us on our way to a fly in camp.

Rooms: Always clean and well kept with perfect porch/patio seating.

Walkability: Great set of shops just across the street. Many other local food and stops within a 30 min walk

Food and drinks: Too tired to get back in the car....walk to the entrance of the motel and have some great food from Ambassador Fries. Added bonus for some authentic foods from your hosts.

Noteworthy details: Beautiful flowers at each door if you're on the front patio, not just the classic drab of a parking lot. Always clean and friendly, especially the sauna and pool. Friendly spectacular hosts.

Safety: Very safe location.

Noteworthy details: Has a lovely, large, heated, indoor pool. There is also now a vegetarian Indian fast food stand by the office.

The Ambassador Hotel and the Ambassador fries were very respectful and accommodating to all my specific needs. I will always stay here when in the area!

This motel exceeded our expectations. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Our room was tidy, nicely decorated and clean. It was equipped with extra pillows, blankets, wifi, toiletries, a fridge, microwave, coffee/tea maker. Chairs front and back allowed us to sit comfortably outside. Very quiet and comfortable. This is a gem!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Absolutely wonderful staff, so friendly, caring, informative.

They have renovated some of the rooms recently and they are absolutely gorgeous, the rooms that haven't been renovated are very, very well maintained.

Pool was wonderful. We didn't use the sauna but they let us know if we wanted to to turn it on a few minutes before hand as it takes a minute to warm up.

Very pet friendly, we brought two Very large dogs with us and they had no issues what so ever. There is even a large back yard that we ended up playing with the dogs in for about an hour. Cannot recommend enough if you have pets.

Best motel experience in my life. Well done!
