Excellent service, clean, tidy, friendly staff, breakfast included
My wife and I would like to bring to your attention the absolute and sincere appreciation for the services that all your staff provided during these unexpected times. As you may be aware, my wife had a heart attack on the way to Sault Ste Marie. We were travelling via vehicle to Edmonton.

my wife and I have stayed here multiple times now. after staying at many best western hotels this is with out a doubt the best we've stayed at, the moment you walk in the door the greeting you receive is warm and welcoming. all the staff from front desk, cleaners, maintenance are always polite and helpful. this hotel is ran with superb quality and other hotels can learn a lot from this one.
I can't say enough good things about this hotel.

The Water Tower Inn, BW Premier Collection offers a convenient location with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The rooms are generally clean, and the service is amazing, with friendly and accommodating staff. While some rooms are a bit outdated, they are clean and functional. The restaurant service is great, and the food is good, with any issues quickly remedied. The inn has Tesla Supercharging and is next to a gas station, with plenty of convenient parking. Guests can enjoy the indoor/outdoor hot tubs, pool, and sauna, although the indoor hot tub is sometimes closed. The breakfast is a good start to the day, but the coffee could be improved. The staff is generally friendly and welcoming, with a few exceptions. The inn also has a great bar on-site with live bands, but some guests have expressed a desire for an on-site laundromat for those staying for extended periods.
