“We brought our daughter to see the kitties for her second birthday and they were absolutely wonderful. The food was amazing, we played some games, and we got to try a brand new menu item! We also bought a cake to bring home (chunky monkey) and it was soooo flavorful. And they put an adorable bear design on it even though we hadn't requested it. They really went above and beyond to make her birthday special. We'll definitely be bringing her back ❤️“

“My wife ordered through Skip. Unfortunately two items were missing. The woman she spoke to on the phone was extremely accommodating. I went to pick up the remainder, and not only did they have the food ready, but also had some Timbits as an extra for the kids. Thank you to whom ever was involved for making it right, and GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND what was expected! ?“

“The staff can make you feel like you are bothering them sometimes. The bathrooms are not always the cleanest. And the food options outside of the bakery are sub par. The barkery goods are good. The beverages are a bit confusing to navigate so i tend to stick to the ones i know. Coffee can be either good or bad and not always stirred properly.

“The food and coffee were good. We couldn't use the restroom because a lady using drugs was in there and refused to leave, employees did whatever they could to try to remove her from the restaurant. Finally after she left the bathroom was trash. Don't bring small kids to this location too much drug activity. This is not a family safe environment.“

I visit the cafe very often but always experienced a service by girls with lousy face filled with attitude and rudeness..yet continue coming because of the food.
But this time it was very different and so fantastic. The boy named Kaden was so polite, attentive to what i wanted and provided an outstanding customer service. Everytime i ask for a "warmed" cookie and the girl "heats" it up, dumps it in the bag where all the cream/caramel sticks in the bag.
But this boy packed it beautifully in a bag and considered my willingness to very much have the cream too. Hope more employees like him are hired. Thanks for the wonderful service and a classic experience...“

“I frequent this location because it is close to where I work. The people are mostly friendly and usually get my order correct. Today, however, I had to repeat myself 4 times at the drive thru speaker and by the 4th time I was yelling (I am sure the cars 5 back heard my order). I paid, picked up my daughter, got home to enjoy my tea on my deck and it’s coffee with two tea bags in it. 🤦🏻‍♀️ An unpleasant surprise. How?🤷🏻‍♀️“
