“We just had my daughters 6th birthday party there. The decorations they had setup were adorable. She was so happy! The staff do an amazing job! They go above and beyond to make kids parties a hit. The games, prizes and dance party was outstanding! The cake was beautifully decorated, and the pizza was really good. My kids want to continue having their birthday parties with them! My family highly recommends thynes family bakery! We cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and kindness! Food: 5/5 |“

“Went to Q Cafe on March 31st and had the best lunch! We got the grilled cheese, southwest wrap, and tomato soup alongside a salted caramel latte and hot chocolate. The staff were lovely and the food was fantastic! Certainly a hidden gem of the Soo. ☕️“

“It’s always a convenient spot for a quick coffee, tea, or snack at the drive thru. This location is very clean. The servers are very polite. Overall it’s a nice place to stop in or meet up with a friend. Try my favorite, a Large London Fog, they also make a good Chai Latte.“

“We visited yesterday for the first time! Wow!!!! The absolute best customer services (super friendly) and the best ice cream! The young gentleman making rolled ice cream was trying a new flavor for the week and visited with us the entire time! When he was done he handed it to us and let us be the first to try the new flavor! He had the best personality and the sweetest heart! We can't wait to visit again! “The food and coffee were good. We couldn't use the restroom because a lady using drugs was in there and refused to leave, employees did whatever they could to try to remove her from the restaurant. Finally after she left the bathroom was trash. Don't bring small kids to this location too much drug activity. This is not a family safe environment.“

“Personally I don’t like coming down here due to all of the people that hang around here and make a mess. However today I had Sophie she was very kind, helped me with my order, she related with me about different teas and soups that were currently out of stock and how upsetting it was. she ensured and double checked my very complicated order and she overall has the best customer service I have seen in a very very long time. If only every Tim Hortons had Sophie on there team

“I frequent this location because it is close to where I work. The people are mostly friendly and usually get my order correct. Today, however, I had to repeat myself 4 times at the drive thru speaker and by the 4th time I was yelling (I am sure the cars 5 back heard my order). I paid, picked up my daughter, got home to enjoy my tea on my deck and it’s coffee with two tea bags in it. 🤦🏻‍♀️ An unpleasant surprise. How?🤷🏻‍♀️“
