Super slow. The employees were standing there talking, and literally chatting with their customer friends, while there are 6-7 people in line. \ Probably one of the longest times I've ever waited at a Tim's, and I was late for work because of it(I needed something to eat). \ I get if you have a million things to do I get it, I've worked in service my whole life, but there is zero sense of urgency. The food and coffee were good. We couldn't use the restroom because a lady using drugs was in there and refused to leave, employees did whatever they could to try to remove her from the restaurant. Finally after she left the bathroom was trash. Don't bring small kids to this location too much drug activity. This is not a family safe environment.
