The owners the McNally’s do not know how to staff the store properly for New Year’s Eve. I waited half an hour in line. I definitely seen a lot of cars come and leave.They lost a lot of business today.

Worst white chocolate and french vanilla I ever had. I had french vanilla for 2 times and both the times it tasted like water. And told the employee to make it again and it tasted worser than before. I lost the impression for Tim Hortans because of this.

Everything bagel, double toasted with herb and garlic- bacon and lettuceI've only had little issue with this location.-Chicken was overcooked or stale, little to no ranch.-bagel had almost no cream cheese on one side and none at all on the other (pretty sure it costs nearly $2 to add/unsure)I feel ripped off.And I cant go back as they would be closed..Parking: A parking lot surrounds the mall where this Tim Hortons is located.

The food and coffee were good. We couldn't use the restroom because a lady using drugs was in there and refused to leave, employees did whatever they could to try to remove her from the restaurant. Finally after she left the bathroom was trash. Don't bring small kids to this location too much drug activity. This is not a family safe environment.

Staff are super unprofessional and have zero care about anything but chatting with each other. Drink was served with it running down the side of the cup making a mess and donuts were beyond stale

ordered a sausage bacon wrap and half my wrap was bread with nothing in it, mother in laws had one small piece of sausage. Cashier didn't give the customer behind us her change. When mother in law went back up to say there was no sausage in her wrap the cashier ripped it out of her hand and the person who made it didnt even make another one he just put her cardboard back over it and gave it back. We dont know what he did to it. Disgusting service and attitude.

Ordered a Fritter and coffee and although the tall brown haired male attendant was with a covid face shield he still sneezed down towards his hands that were not washed before getting me my coffee and doughnut. Did not apologize and take a break to wash and served other customers. i refused my doughnut for sure. station mall timi's don't train their children to wash their hands or avoid work when showing covid symptoms so goodluck to you. Happened November 3rd 12pm 2020
