New York Fries Station Mall offers friendly and efficient service, with staff who ensure orders are accurate and provide helpful tips to save customers money. The food is delicious, with recommendations including the "works poutine". Customers appreciate the quick and convenient service, making it an ideal lunch spot. The staff, such as Cindy and Barb, are praised for their amazing service and warm greetings. Customers enjoy the food, particularly the garlic sauce, and leave with a full belly and a full heart. The atmosphere can be a bit loud and busy due to the mall setting, but this does not detract from the overall positive experience.
