Great selection of essential vitamins and supplements. Knowledgeable and friendly staff!

Went to pick up some K2+D3 vitamins for my wife today. It could not have been easier if was delivered to my home. Staff was helpful and found a parking spot right out front around lunch. In and out in about 4 minutes. Awesome.

Staff here are incredibly rude. It starts with the owner/manager and trickles down to clerical staff. Many of the women that work there are catty with female customers and honestly, don't possess enough know-how about natural, alternative, organic products. Prices are also just about the highest you can get.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Close to parking. MANY Years of steadfast service. Highly recommended for natural health remedies and Earth friendly products.

The Chocolate Ashwagandha latte was so rich in taste, and the cookies were so flavourful.
I had a great time interacting with Niru, the lovely Ayurveda practioner in store, she was so good, her knowledge of the natural meds was amazing, she explained everything so nicely and in depth.
Betty was really sweet, and very helpful.
I have tried the Ashwagandha capsules, and skin gel as well from here, they have shown great results. Thank you! :)

Usually a pleasant experience walking in with very helpful staff.

Todays experience makes me not want to come back. No acknowledgement even when I entered the store. Then treated as tho I was a bother for being there. The “ practitioner “ who came to assist me had no assistance to give. She was quite rude whoever she was. And she was wearing a name tag so she definitely works at this establishment.

I have been shopping here since I was a child. Now I have my own children and do the same. It’s unfortunate to see someone so rude and unhelpful on staff.

Sad we will not feel comfortable coming here anymore as we prefer to buy local then have to order online.
