Country Way Health Food Store

The Chocolate Ashwagandha latte was so rich in taste, and the cookies were so flavourful.
I had a great time interacting with Niru, the lovely Ayurveda practioner in store, she was so good, her knowledge of the natural meds was amazing, she explained everything so nicely and in depth.
Betty was really sweet, and very helpful.
I have tried the Ashwagandha capsules, and skin gel as well from here, they have shown great results. Thank you! :)

Usually a pleasant experience walking in with very helpful staff.

Todays experience makes me not want to come back. No acknowledgement even when I entered the store. Then treated as tho I was a bother for being there. The “ practitioner “ who came to assist me had no assistance to give. She was quite rude whoever she was. And she was wearing a name tag so she definitely works at this establishment.

I have been shopping here since I was a child. Now I have my own children and do the same. It’s unfortunate to see someone so rude and unhelpful on staff.

Sad we will not feel comfortable coming here anymore as we prefer to buy local then have to order online.

Just found this shop - if you're looking for a great health food shop then go there and you'll have found it.

I went for the first time today to pick up an order and I was pleasantly surprised to find so many products that were well displayed that included a large selection of local products! Local meats as well which was awesome to see. I picked up local sauerkraut, kimchi and maple tea from St Joseph’s island with my order. I’ll be back again for sure! Great spot!

This place are paranoid about convid19 that they are insulting to customer when you can touch the product and 1 customer at a time..The virus is airborne and if the establishment is so worried then they should close the store and isolate themselves instead of silent insults.Only customer can get sick not the employee or owner?

This is far the best health food store in Sault Ste. Marie! The product line is abundant, and the customer service is exceptional!! I'm from out of town, however my family lives in Sault Ste. Marie. When ever I call for product, they are always so helpful and if they don't have it, they will order it for you! It's the only health food store in Sault Ste. Marie I would recommend. They care about their customers and put extra effort into helping you.
