Tried to place a cake order via phone (wed for pick up sat) since this covid crap has everything closed. Was told to just drive thru day of.....
... no I want to reserve a cake so I know there WILL be one when I pick up date and time. To be told "we'll were kinda busy right now, I can't take a cake order.... Well excuse me. Absolutely disappointed disgusted with the treatment.
For shame on Dairy Queen on Trunk Road and Sam Wasib who is the franchise owner for selling a frost burned ice cream cake and refusing to do anything about it. When you spend good money for a lousy product. ........Please do not waste your time or money
Be sure to allow ALOT of time to get your food. Also with kids meals they no longer give out coupons for the dessert.
