First off everytime I call there the same young girl answer's never says anything no hi this is Fratelli's just dead silent I have to ask just to make sure I called the right place. 3 times now specifically asked for extra sauce and cutlery and she never remembers and her response is (lol o sorry) like one time I totally understand but 3 different times like really I pay good money for my meal I expect for u guys to atleast give me what I ask for it's really simple. One more time and I will take my business elsewhere 😌...I love the food but these young people just don't get it 😒 unreal.
My favorite restaurant in the city. Always ordering from here on nights when I work late and don't have the energy to cook. Ive only eaten in once. But I can definitely say it was a wonderful experience. Waiter was so kind and food came out pretty fast.

Variety of food available. It's a small taste of Italy in a way. Not a big establishment, seating is limited inside although they do have an outdoor eating area. Prices are not too expensive. Wait staff was very polite, friendly, made sure that your order was correct, and checked in from time to time. I would definitely eat here again.

This restaurant has a amazing atmosphere. You can tell the staff enjoys being there. We both had a salad and pizza. The gluten free crust was outstanding. Coffee was on point. We both noticed the kindness and patience our server had for the older couple sitting next to us. Really an amazing experience.

We pass through the Soo once or twice a year on holidays and have to eat at Fratelli's. The food is worth the drive! Pizza is so good. Toppings are fresh, good Italian salami not just stock pepperoni.

Food was pretty good. Half decent Philly cheesesteak, and a good prosciutto pizza, after asking for additional balsamic glaze. (Initial glaze was almost non existent, and did NOT look like the pics on google, so they fixed that)
What is surprising, is as a northern Ontario city, the staff was refusing to use native status tax exemption, stating “the manager gives no discounts.”
It’s a tax exemption, it does not come out of your bottom line. Educate yourselves, because you just lost another customer for reasons within your control. Take out orders get 8% tax exemption. You could have got a 20% tip from me as I was using my company card to pay. Oh well.

I have read some reviews saying this place has declined in quality, and I can only take them for their word.
You're immediately greeted by a freezer filled with pizza, condiments, and other food. I like to think this is a fresh product being offered to customers for sale, but it doesn't instill confidence.
The prices are not in line with the quality.
The calamari tasted like it was from a frozen package. It was 14 dollars.
The spaghetti alla carbonara used Canadian bacon (I suppose this is a nice twist) but the sauce tasted like Alfredo sauce with grilled chicken . There was no pepper on it either. Honestly, this dish should just not be called carbonara. I understand having a North American variation, but this is way out. Also note this was 23 dollars - perhaps the most disproportionately priced item here considering portion, quality, and authenticity.
My wife had asked for a Philly cheese steak sandwich. The server asked if she wanted fries with that. My wife asked for a salad instead. She did not realize this would mean an extra $6 charge in addition to the sandwich. The sandwich had more meat than the carbonara. If not for the salad charge, this was actually the highlight of the meal.
The beer was listed as being $6 for domestic draft and $8 for imported. We were charged $11 until my wife and I went back in to ask for a correction.
Altogether this was $75 for a mediocre meal at best. Chef Ramsay would have a heydey with this restaurant. It has all the qualities that I think would have made a perfect episode for Kitchen Nightmares.
