I dont usually leave reviews, but after visiting the Johnny Chop house, I thought it really deserved one. Decided to try out this place after visiting the mall. I'm so happy I stopped by. I had cheese sticks and the ribs with mashed potatoes with veggies, and it was so delicious. I'm in town for school, and I don't have a kitchen in my unit and want to stay away from greasy fast food. The way the food was cooked was exactly the way I was expecting. The service was pretty good. When I came into the restaurant, the male server asked if I wanted to sit in the bar or dining area. He seemed polite. Brought me water and extra napkins. The food did not take too long to come out. While I had my food, he came to check if I needed anything.Seemed professional with serving. The atmosphere seemed great. Not too many people, there were groups of friends by the bar it didn't seem loud, it had the relaxing dining experience while seeming like a classy place to go. Good place to go for a couples nifht, or family or with some friends. Will be back again for sure.

It was all quite good. The Mrs. and I had two dinners there, plus the complimentary breakfasts. Got to try the Yorkshire Pudding miniatures. Not bad!

We ate dinner at Johnny's Chophouse. This restaurant is tucked away in the Quality Inn Hotel. With a name like "chophouse" I was expecting this to be out of my price range, but was a mid-price restaurant with quality food. We had each had burgers and fries, which were decent sized and the price was great. The only downside was that there were only a couple of staff working on a Thursday night and we waited at least a solid 5 minutes before anyone saw us waiting for a table.
Great service (Nicole). Great food...bruschetta was very good. The Thai chicken bites we got as an app was a very big portion and very good. French onion soup was in my top 5 ever! Prices are very fair.Highly

We enjoyed our food and the portions were good. Our server was excellent. The service is one of the main reasons we would go back!
A hidden gem..tasty food, welcoming staff, food prepared to perfection. We ordered special of the day, jumbo shrimp with white fish on saffron risotto, large vegetable pizza (it was actually really big)and Parmesan crusted Salmon (big piece)..hands down risotto was the winner

Will NOT be returning. Long wait times for small servings of food (almost impossible to go with children who are hungry). No bread is served while waiting. Ordered the bree cheese/bread appetizer with our drinks as we were seated but the server forgot to put it into orders; didn't receive dish until 20 mins AFTER dinner was finished. I ordered the Cioppino (jumbo shrimp, *calamari, mussels, & fresh fish in a tomato and herb broth served with garlic bread) for $33 and it was entirely missing calamari in the dish. Our beverages were never offered refills despite fully drinking them within 10 minutes of receiving until after our bill was given (70+ mins into the expirence). The restaurant wasn't busy, and there were many empty tables, unsure why service was this way. Our server comped us for the Cioppino, was polite, and apologized for each of the mistakes that were made... Kids and I left the restaurant STILL feeling hungry. Not worth the bill AT ALL.

Restaurantji Recommends
While staying at the Holiday Inn Express we asked about a decent restaurant in walking distance from our hotel. The clerk suggested Johnny’s a block away. We were pleasantly surprised, this is a very nice restaurant in the Quality Inn. Great menu selections including sandwiches if you should choose that. We ordered the tortellini to share, a garden salad was an extra $3.00, out server, Quinn did a outstanding job, we might even go back tomorrow…
Was there last night with my wife. Excellent food and service. You gotta try the bang bang shrimp. Highly recommend.
Having never heard of a "chophouse" before, I wasn't sure what to expect, but the atmosphere was very pleasant, modern and with an up-scale feeling. We had the meat lovers pizza, which was large enough for four hungry people and pretty good. The waiter was prompt, attentive and pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

Not a good meal. Steak was mostly gristle and fat. Stay
Incredible food quality and beyond reasonable prices for what we received. By far the best cheese cake I've ever had.Absolutely stunning hot wings, lobster Mac and cheese, steak, burger, chicken tenders, French fries, vegetables and onion rings. My family was very pleased with the price points, service quality and timeliness.10/10 will return again!
