I brought in a gift card but their cash register would not accept it. The clerk phoned the manager who said I would have to use it online. Later, when I tried to use it online, I found out the company doesn't accept gift cards online. When I contacted customer service, I just got a runaround. Very poor service.

The chocolate speaks for itself... The cashier was polite enough, but whomever the guy on the laptop was, he could care less that guests were in the store. Didn't even acknowledge us, despite making eye contact. In an empty mall, I'd expect better service...
