Crazy overpriced, smaller portions. We went and had a chicken pita - smaller portions, way overpriced. Added a bottle.of coke - $4 with tax. Total was $21. I could go and eat at a nice restaurant for that. Wont be back!!!

Glad to see the staff ignore food allergies. Placed my order for a gyro and told the girl I have a severe mushroom allergy and she ignored it. She proceeded to put mushrooms on the meat while it cooked, and even after I reminded her that I have a severe allergy to mushrooms and can't have then she just moved them slightly away from the meat then refused to make it again after I told her I couldn't eat it! So glad i wasted money on food I can't eat without an epipen or a hospital visit!

Just wanted to try this out cuz I needed to be in the area and I hadn't had breakfast. I look at their menu and it all looks pretty good, they had some pre set option but they had meat and I'm a vegetarian BUT they did have a non meat protein option so I thought it wouldn't be an issue. I order I think it was the Greek bowl? And I wanted to substitute chicken for halloumi. Because, you know, no meat for me. Apparently they just do NOT do this because it made her change my ENTIRE order. Instead of getting that Greek bowl with halloumi no chicken, I got a halloumi salad bowl. Sounds like the same thing, right? Nope. Completely changed all of the toppings. I got a prebuilt option because I was like, I am tired and I don't want to choose right now, well I ended up having to choose everything anyways and it was not all all what I wanted. I'm sorry, I don't memorize things the first time I'm reading it so I couldn't just give her all the toppings that were supposed to be on the Greek.
Not to mention, when I was going over the toppings I wanted, the person making my food put cucumbers instead of tomatoes. They asked if I wanted anything else and I repeated that I wanted tomatoes, and they put them on. Without realizing or apologizing for just throwing cucumbers that I didn't want on my bowl.
Additionally, they're VERY conservative with the dressing. If you don't like dry salads, make sure you ask for extra dressing.
The food is fine, but for the price (I paid 14$ for just a salad bowl) and the inconvenience, I wouldn't go here again honestly.

Pitas always meat oneside and veg the other side so when you bite into it you just get one or the other they need to toss the ingredients before putting it in the pita

The absolute worst value for my money, I have never received a worse wrap shawarma in my life. The amount of protein was non existent. I asked them to toast it and there was no toasting whatsoever It was just luke warm. I asked for for light vegetables I got a 3 person salad stuffed into my wrap to make up for the lack of protein. I will never ever be returning and I hope the owner reads this and wakes up the employees that are running his/her business to the ground 1 dissatisfied customer at a time. 0/10

I love pita pit. It’s a great quick stop for a healthier meal that’s customizable. They have tons of options you can basically get anything you want. They also have salad bowls and rice bowls too! The four star rating is due to the price tag associated. It used to be affordable and with everything else it’s gone up & is almost ridiculous. As with most fast food… So it’s not a pita pit issue I understand. Still crappy. The restaurant itself is clean and has some seating if you choose this option. Large parking lot with plenty of spaces. They do online pick up and take out. It’s a service counter you order from and they make it to your preferences. staff are friendly and I have no complaints there.

Very poor. Service lack luster. Ordered rice bowl with chicken..seemed like the guy purposely did not put rice in the bowl...felt like he was purposely ripping me off. The restaurant is in bad condition.. very dirty, the cheapo electric flat top was disgusting ! All the material on the bench seats is totally worn out and filthy...how shameful! Will NEVER go there again.
Poor quality, get the order wrong often. Quality of food has gone way down.

I ordered a takeout deli turkey with bacon. When I opened it up, there was no turkey and no bacon. I called the store. They said they had transfered the conte nts to a different pita because it was ripped so the food had shifted. I opened it up. There was maybe 1 slide of turkey and I haven't found the bacon yet. They did offer to send me a new pita which didn't work for me as I had to get back to work. But refused crediting me. Very unsatisfied. Won't be back.

Only one person ahead of me, then my order. Left my meat on the grill for 10 minutes to burn, while making the orders of people that came in well after me. To make up for it they then chopped but didn’t thoroughly heat the second batch.This is the second time at this location that they have goofed my order.Definitely not returning to this location.

The restaurant is clean and staff are friendly, but the food is the typical underwhelming and overpriced variety.$16 for a can of pop and a basic chicken ceaser pita seems steep, but I guess that's the world we're living in.One of the healthier fastfood options, well I guess that really depends on what you order.
