This place is great and the owner(Megan) is such a kind humble and intelligent person. She is up to date in regards to all your nutritional needs and if she don’t have it in stock she will work to get it for you. Keep promoting health and wellness meg, the North definitely needs it.

Seems for a "natural health" store which promotes innate biological, botanical and holistic healing could be a little less arrogant about following the "science of Covid". If these educated healing product suppliers can't see through the BS that our natural immunity is more powerful than a shot that is ment to suppress it, then what are they doing here. Might as well be a chemical pharmacy! Will never go back, way too matrixed.

Great store with amazing staff

2 staff members very helpful but not much of selection with items at all ... The one male staff/owner/manager very unfriendly ... not very knowledgeable with certain items a wellness store should know ... and over heard one as I was still looking at vitamins which not much of selection "did they leave yet" sounded like I was more a burden then a customer trying to make sure I was getting what I really needed or could take or learning about ingredients what they do for us ... talked to them over phone early summer and was told they could get a certain Colligan in for me but now know one remembers ... just saying how we felt when we left & I shop in health/wellness stores for many years ...

Not my favourite store in the Sault. The product line is limited, the customer service is also limited. If they don't have it, that's it, your out of luck, because they won't even check to see if they can order. Not a good way to do business. They tell you something is no longer made, when in fact you know it is, since you use it on a regular basis. It is stores like this, that people get better service and pricing on the internet.

Excellent service and price!!Called ahead for a particular cough syrup for a family member and was told only 1 was left for sale at the time.Asked the store personnel to hold as I was enroute!I was grateful and pleased to see that she had indeed taken it off the shelf for me & I was able get it shortly afterwards when I got to the store!!Price was better than the usual cost in Scarborough too!
