Pizza quality is going down and down. Got a large pepperoni for a work lunch. Had zero flavour, even the pepperoni and cheese had no flavour and no salt. Crust also. And after eating, all 3 of us eating had some stomach troubles! $30 is too expensive for a flavourless pizza!

The pizza was worst pizza l ve ever had so much sauce thw toppings fell.off l had one bite spit it back out and threw it in trash even the seagulls wouldn't eat it. It was disgusting

Worst panzarottis ever. Under cooked and doughy. No cornmeal coating on it. I always had a excellent panzarottis from there till August 16 2023. I ordered two, one deluxe and one cheese pep mushrooms. So disappointed.

One of the few remaining places we are able to enjoy when we visit the Soo. The panzerottis are still the best to be had. We always order several to go so we can take back to S. Ontario. Spend $10 and get a great treat.

I used to like this place very much when I first visited SSM 10 years ago. Tried both ice cream and pizza today. Not impressed with them. The pistachios ice cream tasted like artificial flavoring. The pepperoni pizza only had 3 pieces of pepperoni on it.

Pizza tastes good. Very overpriced. The service was not good at all, they have the pizza on display, yet I was waiting like 20 mins for a slice becuase the cashier just left the front and didn't come back
Good pizza but have lost my business. It's expensive as it is and they just jacked everything by 15%.

Stopped in and Ordered a pepperoni and mushroom panzo on the way home from work, get home to find out it’s green pepper and mushroom and the dough in the middle is still raw.

I did get a response from someone they said they make everything fresh and I should order ahead of time .The point is I was there and ordered I was told 7-8 minutes, which I was absolutely fine with…… the male cook refused to make them, saying they were sold outI was right there and saw/heard everything . I understand supply and demand but this was a flat out no..,, when I asked why there were now panzo when I was refused my order…the response was well he didn’t know when he’d get to them!!! This was 15-20 minutes after I enquired.I just wanted to let the owner of this business know. I as refused when I placed an orderJust went to Ricardo’s for lunch I ordered 2 panzo and the cooks in the back said were sold out we don’t have any. We ordered pizza instead only to walk by their display case 20 minutes later and there sits close to a dozen of them. I did ask why they would tell us they were sold out when clearly they weren’t. I was told they didn’t know when they’d be done. Terrible customer serviceIt definitely has gone down hill. The only thingMy son who was home from college wanted was Ricardo’s panzo
