Staff was amazing. I came into Starbucks and there was a gm? Or owner? He was intimidating and cold. Talking to the employees as if they were idiots. Do better starbucks. The staff was great. This guy was a total disappontment. Treat employees with respect.

I loved their service everytime ... Today I got cappucino and blengine waffle i loved as it was suggested to me by my big brother I loved it.... I feel sleepy but when i got a first sip of the coffee I got energetic its worth it

I had uber eats delivery, went there to pickup the order. I saw that the order was ready but no one was handing it out to me. I waited there for 10-12 minutes. As a part of customer service, they didn’t even ask me what I was waiting for. I went there to talk to someone but they would walk away. Eventually I had to cancel the order. I have also worked similar type of establishment. We were twice as busy but still we provided best customer service.

Possibly the best experience ive had any fast food place. This employee named MJ Shes one of the nicest most helpful employees ive ever met the food was amazing the service was above and beyond what i expected shes the reason im going to come back for more.

If your gonna go here order online and pick it up. Otherwise they will ignore you. I waited 5 minutes with multiple team members making eye contact but not taking my order. So I left and went down the street to McDonald's.

Every time I come to town I want to love this Starbucks but the pace is very slow. They are kind, but I come into town once a year and every time I try this place it’s never speedy. They had 7 people on and yet I still waited 12 mins for one beverage and it was an easy one. So the only feedback is to increase the dedication to walk up orders to the counter- don’t just concentrate on mobile and drive thru.
There was staff just standing around talking while 1 guy did all the work. He was lovely. So the 5 star service was for him.
