Very Rude staff, both girls at the counter gave unnecessary attitude and got my order wrong and then proceeded to tell me that I ordered someone I very clearly didn't, both of my friends also got the same treatment. Very disappointed.

Went recently at the of station mall. I went to this Subway and ordered food, but the girl who was taking the order was very rude. We didn’t even finish telling our full order when she told us to make the payment. The girl working there doesn’t even know how to greet customers. The way she talks is like she doesn’t want to serve anyone. She should understand that we are the ones paying, and that’s the reason she is getting paid.
She was treating customers in a very disrespectful way. Her attitude was very unprofessional, and it made the whole experience unpleasant.

Very rude staff. The girl that was making our sub kept cutting corners. When we asked for some changes like extra sauce, grilled sub, she kept sighing and giving me rude looks. We asked our two subs to be packed separately. She just threw the bag in front of us and walked away. Terrible customer service. Also, when i asked her name she said ‘i dont know’ and refused to hear me out. I think the management really needs to look into the staff they are hiring. Better go to another place, than coming here and taking crap from these people.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway outlet today. The staff member who served us was extremely rude and unprofessional right from the beginning. While we were placing our order, she spoke to us in a very dismissive and impatient tone, not even listening properly to our preferences regarding toppings, sauces, and bread.

When we asked for our sub to be grilled, she refused, claiming that the sauces made it too messy, despite us suggesting multiple solutions like using foil or reducing the excess sauces. Instead of trying to help, she kept arguing with us and eventually refused to grill it or make a fresh one.

When we requested a refund, she told us refunds were not an option and rudely asked us to leave the store if we didn’t want the order. The entire interaction felt very disrespectful and unwelcoming.

Customer service like this is completely unacceptable, and I hope the management takes note and addresses this behavior seriously. A little courtesy and basic professionalism go a long way.

I ordered footlong subway. Service was too bad .the girl who took my order was so rude. I said her to grill sub, initialy she ignored it and then she refused to grill and she was making excuses like she has to clean the mess if she grills it. I said her to refund the money she said there is no option of refund in their POS. I will never visit that place. Not recommended.

Terrible customer service from the Foreigner lady she thinks shes better then all of us. The food looked like it's been sitting out all day. Nasty. So much for Eating Fresh. Never again. This subway at Station Mall Gone Down Hill. After I started taking pictures. They started changing all the food right away.
