Workers spoke in another language in front of me. They asked to repeat my order 3 times, including all of my toppings. Gave me less meat than the standard. All veggies looked like they were left from the night before (just hoping the meats were not the same). Two out of the three workers didn’t do anything but stare (maybe they were training). Regardless, this place is the lowest standard I have ever experienced for a subway… I do not know what the franchise was thinking partnering with these owners.

Such a bad customer service by manager itself. I wanted it to be grilled and the other person working beside him cooperate better than her manager. I have prior experience in subway too. I used to made my sandwich by myself with the same amount of toppings and grilled way to better. It's just you required professional skills for customer service and to grilled sandwich with more toppings as per customer's choice rather than saying choose less in serious rude manner.

After the ownership and management changes, its been very good and systemic now. Good team work and veggies and meat looks fresh and delicious always. Staff is very co-ordinated and gets the customers quickly and efficiently.

Very chinsy on toppings and sauce. Price always varies for the same sub I get. This last time I couldn't get hot peppers on the side and they threw out a half of a 6inch on me when I took my footlong back for more sauce. Also argued with me that I didn't need more. I have a problem or my sub being made wrong every time I go to this location. I spend at least $15 everytime I go and I go at least once a week sometimes more because it's closest but I'll be changing locations.

Got there at 1pm. Staff didn't notice me for a while cause they were chatting in back. Didn't have sub buns, didn't have ceasar, no ice for the pop machine and then the pop was warm from an automatic machine. On top of the staff were way to quiet I couldn't hear them and didn't give me a bag for my food even though I was walking with a cane and would be able to carry both without on would of asked but they walked away. The food in the end was also gross.

Staff was absolutely miserable, sluggish service. I could almost taste their attitude in my sandwich. Longest wait at a Subway I’ve ever experienced and there was no one ahead of us and three staff on.

Quick and what we wanted no problems. We needed lunch for the Agawa Canyon Train trip so we popped in night before and bought some great subs for our trip the next day. Only way to go get just what we needed for a good deal.
