Good food and the servers Jasleen and Komal were very welcoming and accommodating by recommending food items according to everyone’s taste. Will definitely go again.

tried buffet food was ok, nothing mention about halal chicken, as i don't eat halal they should mention about it. very disappointed about it.

I ordered just 2 samosas from Sukhdev and they were absolutely disgusting. They were dripping with oil — completely inedible. I couldn’t even finish one and now I’m feeling sick and nauseous because of how greasy they were. Even after 2 cover for bag my trouser was full of oil. If this is the quality they’re serving, they seriously need to fix their kitchen standards. Total waste of money and a horrible experience.
I wish there was something below 1 star.

I went in as a solo diner amd asked if there was a smaller portion option or a combo as there was about 4 things that i wanted to try. I was told that I had to order the full sized amount for each option, basically a meal for 5. I mentioned that this was the 1st Indian restaurant that didnt have combo options and my server told me to go try another Indian restaurant. Very rude, 0 stars.

We had the Butter Chicken. It was a delicious mix of sauce and tender chicken cooked to perfection. The presentation was very nice. I ordered # 5 in hot sauce, it came with a bite. The garlic naan was incredibly crispy, made in house. Serving were large enough for a take out bag. The atmosphere was very quiet with traditional Indian music. The decor very simple but elegant. Our servers were very attentive and nice.

I really loved the quality of the food—it was absolutely delicious! The service was also amazing, and a special shoutout to Jasleen, who was so sweet and attentive. She made the whole experience even better with her great service. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Sukhdev Restaurant and tried their Chicken Biryani. The dish was well cooked, and presented nicely. The restaurant maintains a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff were courteous and attentive throughout my visit. However, parking can be a bit challenging since there isn’t much dedicated space available nearby. Fortunately, I was able to find parking on the street without too much difficulty.

Cannot believe the way one of their employee was behaving. I went there to take my order and he behaved so arrogant and not giving me my order even after showing screenshots of my order. Can you guys please work on some kindness? And how to behave good with everyone not with some.

We had our dinner on the 15th of October in your restaurant at 8.30pm. The moment I googled I saw your restaurant name and collected details, I was pretty impressed and booked a table for 4, we all are above 60 and wanted a quiet place, and we were given a small table next to the entrance and there we were 15 people having a party, I requested for a change, the manager refused to change or was not ready to accommodate us and we sat in two different tables and refused to join the both the tables, and he doesn't understand the customer's needs and requirements and was feeling proud about his treatment to us. The food and service were very good except for jeera rice which was half cooked, we informed and they gave us complementary sweets . I request you to please train your manager to accommodate all the customer's needs, comfort and requirements not his ego and eventually losing business because of his arrogance. Not even once he came and spoke to us and checked. I hope this type of behavior is not repeated in future and will not affect your business.

A little too dark inside restaurant during day. Food was very good.

The very first and last time i visit this restaurant in ssm it was the worst i ever experienced in a restaurant
the very first thing in rest room there is no paper towel and the toilet stinks even i told a crew to change paper towels
The second thing there was no salt and pepper on a dining table which is basic necessity
Third thing when i ordered appetizer they didn’t serve plate with it als no paper napkins on table
Fourth thing when the main course arrived still the server didn’t gave the plates we asked can we get plates at that moment they realised that they didn’t gave plates
Fifth thing every sauce was same and im sure its frozen or premade they just heat that up and served like a ready to eat food only there bread was freshly made
Sixth thing when ask for takeout they didn’t even gave a box to carry food
Now i have to ask to a sukhdev manager is this how restaurants serve there hospitality and food
Is this the way how people will visit again im sorry but this is was the worst hospitality i ever faced

An Indian restaurant tucked away in downtown Sault Ste. Marie, a true gem! We visited while staying in the area and were so impressed by the flavourful food and great service that we ended up having dinner here two nights in a row. Unfortunately, they’re closed on Mondays; otherwise, we would have happily gone back for a third night!
