Where we used to live in southern Ontario there was a bakery that offered a ridiculous variety of tarts mostly at events and select shops. One such shop was a variety store in the middle of nowhere but "convenient" enough for me to make a bit of detour on the way home from work every now and again as a treat. Never thought moving to The Soo we'd be so fortunate as to find a similar bakery with even MORE variety lol this place is awesome!
I'm from Michigan, and try to find good butter tarts when I visit Ontario. These are incredibly good! Don't pass up the maple pecan cheesecake if they have them. And the classic ones are wonderful, too. We will be back!!
