Great service and wonderful food out of a food truck. The shawarma had a smoked flavor which was enjoyed. The brother rushed back after jumua to get us going.

This place is the real deal. Driving from Vancouver Island to Toronto. Asked google for a recommendation. People spoke. We listened. Certainly glad we did.

Settled on the Falafel Wrap and Beef Shawarma. Pretty much the best we’ve ever had. Definitely the best thing we’ve eaten since leaving Victoria.

Food is amazing sure, but the service is on another level. The owner couldn’t have been nicer with helping us choose and then telling us to call when we finished a harbour walk so it would be waiting. Complimentary lentil soup was “Seinfeld Soup Nazi” worthy. This humble place could teach a master class in food service.

Absolutely the BEST shawarma I’ve ever had! From the rich, tangy pomegranate sauce to the perfectly seasoned and tender beef, every bite was incredible. The wrap itself was crispy, golden, and packed full of flavor—honestly a game-changer. You can taste the care and quality in every detail. I’m already planning to come back at least once a week because it’s just that good. Highly recommend to anyone who loves authentic, delicious food!

SOUL FOOD! You can see, taste, smell, and feel the love and care that's been put into the food. I've eaten shawarma in Vancouver for decades and I have yet to had so much flavour packed into a shawarma plate, wrap and lentil soup. I forgot to review the first meal with rice, but even then it was spiced thoroughly.

On top of great satiating food, the owner is so friendly and warm. You can tell he has put his whole self into every meal. It's a place to get that tried and true comfort food, and truly friendly face that makes you want to keep coming back.

On a nice day, sitting out front especially on Saturday during the Soo Market (until 2pm) would be nice to people watch. But you can't miss it in the big blue box!

Have had falafel wraps plenty of times since the 1980's, mostly from chains, but also smaller restaurants. But never specifically Syrian. I have a few foods I need to avoid and this place listened to me when I listed off things that interfere with some of my meds and sensitivities, they even have a sign posted to let them know of any food allergies, so I was pretty sure they'd get my order together as requested accordingly. Not only was it friendly & courteous service from the order taking to the presentation, but it was THE FRESHEST and BEST falafel wrap I have ever eaten. And the serving size, I had leftovers, on just one wrap.I am floored, it's 100% authentic, savoury and delicious. I will try their chicken shawarma platter next time, something I haven't had in ages :-) Five stars all around!

Amazing food, called the order ahead to avoid waiting and everything was better then expected. Slightly inconvenient location, but this food stall is worth visiting! Looking forward to tasting more of the menu.
