The Mill is a lovely place for an intimate and "classy" dining experience. The atmosphere is between quaint and industrial, and it certainly plays to the imagination of modernism meeting old-fashioned buildings. At the last minute, I decided to surprise my wife with a dinner date, making a last-minute reservation here at 7:00pm. We got in a bit early but was offered immediate seating and then over the course of the evening we received some of the best service and food we've had in quite some time (I would say since Philly). Kaylin was an amazing server and assure the best experience possible with chilled double bourbons, fine wine and timely served food.
