I recently visited ajisen midland for a quick lunch and had a wonderful experience. The ambiance was cozy, and the ramen was absolutely delicious it is spicy beef. What really stood out, though, was the fantastic service provided by cynthia. She was friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our meal. Her recommendations for the perfect broth were spot-on, and she checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed.

Good eats when you’re looking for a late night ramen. I find the noodles a little dense, but the spicy miso broth has a good flavour and nice level of heat. This place is always busy - good service, good food. I’d recommend making this location your go-to stop for ramen.

I went here for the first time with my husband late at night. I love the portion sizes of the food, and the prices are reasonable. The two Filipina servers were very friendly and accommodating.
