Combo 4C fried chicken was decent. The fish & vegetables were decent. The fish was cheap (soft), but was cooked decently.

Got the 4 dishes & rice combo 4c for takeout. It was great value. Egg with shrimp was silky. Beef with mushrooms was good & had a lot of mushroom.

The plates selected were very fresh from seafood, chicken and veggies. The beef brisket ordered was tender and plentiful soaked in a nice curry sauce. Meal came with complimentary soup and green bean dessert ! Price was so affordable compared to other restaurants !

This beef and rice noodles combo is well prepared with traditional hot daily soup and various drinks for customers' selection. Restaurant service is friendly and efficiently no matter dine in or take out. Party tray is available but dinner business hour ends 8:00

Family loves coming here as the food is decent and they have dishes that are great for sharing. It can get very busy during dinner here so service speed can be hit or miss.

Felt like a local establishment where locals go. This is not where you go for fine dining. More like home cooking without any frills. Food was fine. Tea was trash :) $108 (tax included) for the 8 dishes (including the soup and rice). I have no plans to ever go back.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetable or tofu dishes.Parking: It's a strip mall. The parking lot is located right in front of the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: As I was leaving, someone in a wheelchair came in.

As traditional as it gets when it comes to Hong Kong tea restaurants. Good service, good food, good prices.

Alton is a family-friendly restaurant in business for over a decade whose customers are mostly regular patrons. Although its dinner dish offerings have remained consistent over the years, the prices have risen and now average well into the mid-teens, and it seems especially impractical when considering that it's cash only all the way. Their loyalty program which allows you to redeem stamps (1 per $20 spent) for a variety of common grocery and household products (though the products themselves typically only have up to a $10 retail value, so I wonder how worthy the program is).

A good place for lunch, curry beef brisket rice, seasonal beef brisket rice, southern milk lotus root salted pork, fish-flavored eggplant, tomato beef, beef brisket rice rolls clay pot, pork offal clay pot, pepper pork tripe chicken pot mushroom chicken slices, cold melon flavored vegetables The chicken slices, rice noodles, and grilled rice are all very delicious, and the portions are generous. The Hong Kong-style milk tea is good, the price is cheap, and it feels like an old-style Hong Kong tea restaurant.

For over ten years, my family and I have been loyal patrons of a local restaurant that was once a beacon of comfort food at affordable prices. However, our recent experiences compel me to share the unfortunate downturn in both service and culinary standards that have led us to decide never to return. The primary issue lies with the front-of-house service, particularly the conduct of the woman who seems to oversee the establishment. Her manner is not just unprofessional; it's shockingly unpleasant. The warmth and friendliness one expects in a neighborhood spot are entirely absent. Instead, there's a palpable tension every time we place an order, as if we're an inconvenience rather than valued customers. One incident that stands out occurred while my daughter and I waited for our takeout. The 'boss' loudly chastised an elderly couple for a reason unbeknownst to us. The couple's discomfort was evident, and it was a deeply uncomfortable moment that left a lasting impression on us both. My daughter, young and empathetic, was particularly shaken – questioning why someone in charge would act so unkindly. The lack of civility extends to phone interactions as well, where she is often heard yelling and displaying a level of impatience that is simply unacceptable. This aggressive and rushed behavior has become synonymous with the place, overshadowing any positive aspects it once had.Turning to the food, which was once the saving grace, it too has deteriorated. While the prices remain on the lower end, signaling value, the dishes we once enjoyed now lack the taste and quality we had come to expect. The flavors are inconsistent, and the presentation often appears as if it's been hastily thrown together, further diminishing the overall dining experience. Moreover, it's important for potential customers to be aware that the restaurant operates on a cash-only basis. This can be a significant inconvenience in our increasingly cashless society, necessitating an extra trip to the ATM.The area around the restaurant is rich with other culinary establishments that have managed to strike a balance between quality, price, and service. These places demonstrate what it means to value customer satisfaction and the art of hospitality. In conclusion, while it's disheartening to abandon a place that's been part of our routine for so long, the decline in the standard of service and food quality leaves us no choice. The 'boss' of this establishment would greatly benefit from training in customer service and etiquette to perhaps one day restore the restaurant's reputation.

The waitress got my order wrong. I asked for the oyster cake and they gave me the shrimp cake. The food came out way too quick. The shrimp doesn't taste good, almost threw up. But, luckily, I didn't. The beef is too chewy. The red bean dessert soup tastes good. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. I won't be returning here again.

Pretty good place for Chinese food. Really good and affordable prices but they are cash only. I think their portions are a bit small though. You can however get refills on rice during dinner times. They also give you soup and desserts.

The service here is terrible, no courtesy at allI bought it for more than 70 yuan and was scolded by the landlady! Tell us not to get in the way of its business while sitting at the table waiting for takeout! No respect for an elderly person who is over 70 years old and using a caneIt doesn’t matter if I don’t thank you very much, but I can’t stand it if I chase people away in a loud and grand manner!
