The fruit bubble tea is ridiculously good and well priced, with fresh fruits used and boba included as a topping every time. The mango-lychee and durian shakes were a highlight, and their budget-friendly snacks, like fish and beef balls and fried rice cakes, are excellently yummy and addicting, especially with their selections of drinks. For $5, you can get a decently sized fresh fruit bubble tea at this underrated shop. While the space is a bit small with limited seating, it's a great place for boba. It can be a little hard to find, buried in the plaza, so look for "Spicy World" and order from the cashier on the right. Annie's Tea House is sure to leave you satisfied and eager to return for more.
