The best fruit bubble tea you can get in Toronto. Annie’s Tea House is ridiculously good, and well priced. She uses fresh fruits and boba is included as a topping everytime. The space is a bit small so seating is limited, but a great place for boba if you’re in the area and want to skip the big chains.
The mango-lychee and durian shakes were ♥️♥️! But what I come back here for are their excellently yummy but budget-friendly snacks which are definitely best paired with their selections of drinks (tea or shake). I recommend their fish and beef balls, as well as their fried rice cakes. You have to try them! And the sauce of these fish and beef balls is addicting! Why is it soooo good? ?

It is a little bit hard to find though as it's buried in the plaza. You need to look for "Spicy World" and walk in, then order from the cashier on the right.

I never write google reviews but I feel like I had to for this. This place is my in my top hidden gems in Scarborough after my brother put me on and I’m shocked there’s only 50 reviews so far.The prices are amazing for such high-quality bubble tea. 4 drinks only costed me $18 - tapioca free of charge. And a regular size here is bigger than it is at other bubble tea stores. Annie is incredibly nice and makes sure your order is prepared with care. I’ll definitely be back!

Annie's tea house is such a hidden gem!! I have been coming here for years and the consistency is just out of this world!Her drinks trump every bubble tea place and thats no exaggeration! Every time i come here I always get an extra drink for later. Guaranteed no matter which flavor you order it will be amazing.
