Used to be a go to place years ago until we got to know there was roaches in the kitchen. Our go to place now is silverspoon. But then couple of days ago, we saw their reopening banner and with lot of thoughts we gave this place a try. Again. What a disappointment!!!!!!!!

The guy who was serving said they have buy 1 biryani and get another for half price. Looked good so took a leap of faith and bought one chicken biryani and mutton biryani. Got 5 dil Bahar sweet.

Came home. Myself and husband were starving. Started eating chicken biryani, rice was good but chicken was old and stale. Crap the smell, we had to throw the entire biryani. Opened mutton biryani, only 4 pieces in it all bones and no flesh. What the heck guys?? Only good thing was the sweet.

The prices of starters are mind-boggling and freaking expensive. I would get similar starters from silverspoon for 10 or 11 dollars large.

Never coming back and better refund my money. Unless you improve your quality and reduce the prices of starters things are going to be the same for you people. What a let down!!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Food quality was subpar. Super salty. We ordered parottas which were half cooked and tasted just like raw maida dough. The rice in ambur mutton biriyani was chewy with no taste or fragrance. The mutton was having a very strong weired smell. Tandoori chicken was just like dipped in red food colour without any proper marinade. Totally disappointed by the low quality of food…You get what you pay for. Don’t be deceived by the low prices. We will never go back.

Best place for all South Indian and Srilankan food .. mostly there will be a huge line ups to order the food. They offer both veg and non veg, also offers wide variety of items, briyanis etc

Arrived around 3pm and requested an order of 130 samosas and 20 mutton rolls. They told me it would be 7 min. I treated myself to a curry chicken roti roll which had the perfect heat and flavour. Washed that down with a Mango Juice, which really hit the spot. Overall great experience, although, I did find several samosas in the bag which had stuck together in the frying process and the pastry was not cooked through. Would have been fine if I was just bringing these home, but they were for a party and were unfortunately discarded. Fast service and good food!

I’ve heard some great reviews, and I was really excited to try it out. The food definitely has its moments – some dishes were absolutely delicious, and I could easily see why people rave about it.

However, I did notice that the taste was a bit inconsistent. Some meals were packed with flavor, while others felt a little off.

Briyani is always good in terms of portions here. Good portions for 2 people. But taste can be improved.
Weekend's Ambur briyani is hyped up as well, but taste wide, can be better.
