The food quality is very poor, lacking in taste, and the service is extremely disappointing. The staff are unprofessional, unwelcoming, and often appear lazy. I also witnessed them mistreating delivery drivers from Uber Eats and DoorDash, which is unacceptable. Many of these drivers don’t always have delivery bags because the companies don’t provide them, and they are required to purchase them separately. Despite this, the restaurant staff behave rudely and unfairly toward them. There also appears to be discriminatory behavior from the staff, which is deeply concerning.

This place is absolutely garbage. Horrendous experience ordering from this place. I always used to drive by this restaurant no wonder why there is never customers in the store. Disgusting this place should be shut down closed. I threw the food in the garbage bin.

I placed my order through Skip the Dishes and can I say, wow! Great food & it was hot when delivered. I ordered the chicken souvlaki dinner and it is 10/10 by far one of the best chicken dinners I’ve had in a long time. 100% will recommend and I’ll be there in person soon for a table! Cheers to the chef

stopped in randomly not knowing much about the place, but the food was great! could really taste that it was homemade:) the gentleman working was very kind! definitely a hidden gem

One of the worst burgers I’ve ever had. The patty was burnt on the top and had no taste at all. The chicken shawarma poutine was also a huge disappointment—it came with only about four tiny pieces of chicken.
We were fasting and expecting a good meal, but instead, we received a completely messed-up order. To make things worse, the restaurant operates under a different name on Uber Eats (“King Shawarma and Poutine”), but when you search on Google, there’s no such shop. This is misleading in every way.
Please improve your food quality and be transparent about your business. This was a truly disappointing experience.
