I recently visited Blossom Garden Chinese Restaurant with my friends expecting to have a pleasant dining experience, especially since we arrived very hungry after a long day. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service we received was unprofessional and filled with attitude, which made us feel unwelcome from the beginning. In addition, the food quality and taste were not satisfactory and felt quite unusual compared to what we expected.
When we requested the bill, we noticed that a tip had already been included. Since we were unhappy with both the food and the service, we politely asked for the tip to be removed. However, the staff member at the counter responded rudely and made an unnecessary comment stating that “food is not favour,” which further worsened our experience.
Despite being very hungry when we entered the restaurant, we ended up leaving the food untouched on the table, paid the bill, and walked out still hungry and disappointed. Overall, it was a very unpleasant dining experience, and I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously to improve both service quality and customer treatment in the future.

First time to this eatery. Quite impressive as thier menu is huge with so many choices..We tried the roast goose, basil Stir fried Tiger Prawn and the Stir Fried Flat Nodle with Beef on black bean sauce.
The goose was so as one can't expect too much for this dish as there is no fresh goose in Canada (and we love our cobra chicken so much so we have to get the frozen goose out of the country). The Tiger Prawn was good and it is good value and the chef handled it perfectly. The beef fried noodle meet the standard.
Overall it is a place good for family gathering.

Worst experience ever! I came here with my family (a group of 11) on the 9th at 4:00pm and the older waitress was incredibly rude and unprofessional towards us. They basically forgot about our reservation and tried to get us to sit in small tables. She hit my mom with the chair and another person repeatedly and was not accomodating or attentive. Don't work in the service industry if youre like that.

This spot has been one of my family’s favourite for dinner with out of town guests. Everything we order has been so delicious. One of my go to dish item to order is the sweet and sour pork. If you’re ever want some delicious authentic Chinese dishes you must try this spot.

It was good. But the BBQ pork in the steam noodle is a little fatty.

Have been to this restaurant quite a few times with my family and I can truthfully say that it has become one of our go-to places for good chinese food. They are fairly consistent with tasty food that always comes out piping hot. We typically get Cantonese chow mein, eel fried rice, salt and pepper squid, Snow pea leaves, beef tenderloin, fish fillet with corn sauce, among many other dishes and generally we have always enjoyed the food. The restaurant itself is decorated nicely but the tables are a little bit close together. This sometimes was problematic when bringing a baby which didn't leave much room for a stroller. It can also get very busy so I recommend making reservations especially for larger groups. The service is quite quick when bringing out food but can be a hit or miss when trying to flag them down for anything else. Generally I have found the servers to be friendly. It can be a little bit pricey but I find that it is comparable to congee queen and other similar chinese restaurants.

Some messed up service here, waitress in short curly hair wiped to the side is very impatient, don’t even know how to open her mouth and say excuse me, and don’t mind me, this review is only dedicate to that waitress, food tastes alright and other waitress are fine

Its a bit on the pricey side, but the pastries, buns, cakes, are all well made with quality ingredients. Presentation is excellent and the good itself is tasty. It also happens to be the cheapest place to get a mango slush in the mall.
Their fruit cake is quite nice and I enjoy their cream filled croissant type buns. The mini garlic bun bites are a nice snack and useful to use as slider buns for burgers.

I’m writing this review solely for the Cantonese server with medium long hair, middle aged, working on Feb 3/2026 around 3 pm.
She made a bunch of rude remarks towards my toddler criticizing him not to suck his finger, and if he knew how “ugly it is” to suck his finger. You know what’s ugly lady, the way you speak to a two year old.
She came back several times.. and kept making her comments. “Oh, you need to behave better”. You should do this, you should do that.
You know what I think.. you should do your job. That wasn’t customer service that you had given us.

Ordered on Ubereats and they were extremely cheap, omitting certain ingredients that are important to a dish.
Salted fish fried rice had absolutely no salted fish. What was sent was bland, underseasoned chicken rice.
Snowpea leaves with garlic had no minced garlic (yes! really!), also made extremely bland.
It's obvious this restaurant will you rip you off via UberEats. If you want to eat their food, it needs to be done in-house so you can complain about its poor quality.

Quite the busy location, but a classic and delicious chinese restaurant. Even though I don't speak chinese, the staff are older sweet ladies who are patient and kind. They didn't judge us for ordering a whole peking duck for two people lol and I even placed a phone takeout order of peking duck once and they were great, they didn't charge me for extra sauce and everything was packed nicely. Food is great. I also like the large booths. Peking duck is obviously pricey very averagely priced and we got a lot of meat out of it. 🙂
