I ordered 1 chai through uber eats for pickup..When they gave me the chai,I heard the store guy saying to the staff lady that only 1 chai is ordered through uber in a smiling and a teasing manner which is very unprofessional..I was the same guy who used to order for 40-50 dollar once..Since ,I ordered only 1 chai..It doesn’t mean that I should be disrespected..Anyways,we are paying the money even for a chai..They are not giving for free..They should learn to treat customer equally regardless of the order size..never went after the incident.

I have been to this place for few times I was rec by my friends. Old uncleji made good paan all ingredients were added with love!. They new owners are very stingy with the ingredients, When asked to add Rajnigandha to the paan the response was “it’s extra” I do not care how much you charge, make me a good paan, that’s what I’m here for. I will never be back and will tell my friends not to go there with the new owners.

The uncle who runs this place is honestly the best. We absolutely loved him! He has such a good vibe and talks to everyone like their family. It makes the whole experience feel warm and welcoming and his grandson is also super cute. The faloodas and paan were amazing, so flavourful but still light and not too sweet. We definitely recommend coming here!!!

Their Karak Chai & Kashmiri Chai are surely addictive and among the best in GTA. The food here is amazingly fresh with premium ingredients. It gives you a sudden burst of flavours from streets of Karachi and yet assuring of the quality of Home Cooked Food. It's a Family owned and operated business and their passion and commitment towards their Food is exemplary. Kamal Bhai & Bhabi and Ahmed's dedication towards their Eatery is what truly places this Eatery in a league if it's own. The entire family proudly carries traits such as humility, courtesy and warmth which can literally be sensed, these are all a hallmark of people from Karachi and Pakistanis in general.
It would be extremely unfair here if I do not mention the excellent customer service provided by their staff. Although volume of customers especially on the weekends and late nights is seriously testing, however, hats off to all the staff here who maintain their composure & do their absolute best to ensure the provision of a memorable experience to each and every guest. I simply cannot recommend this Eatery strongly enough. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me.
