Ordered Hyderabad dum biryani for takeout and got something that tasted like pickle biriyani
rice—completely unacceptable.
When I called, instead of fixing the issue, they blamed my taste. the order was “correct.” Terrible food and even worse customer service.
Spent $59 CAD for this. Beware of takeout from this place.

We had such a wonderful experience at Charminar . From the moment we walked in, the ambiance felt warm and inviting, and the food truly lived up to the hype rich flavors, perfectly balanced spices, and beautifully presented dishes.
What made the evening even more special was Laiyl’s exceptional hospitality. Swetha went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for, checking in on us with genuine warmth and ensuring everything was just right. It’s rare to feel that personal touch at a restaurant, and she truly made our visit memorable.
