The common and educational language in China is Mandarin. Do your store employees who dropped out of junior high school only understand their hometown dialect? How did you “come” abroad even if you don’t know English? It's not within the scope of your "knowledge" and it's not a reason for you to laugh at other customers. You laugh at customers for using "weird" words, and we laugh at you for being uneducated. I hope that employee can at least understand these words, haha.
