It was my first time going to this restaurant and Leslie was kind enough to show me his recommendations for each category on the menu. He also explained the spice levels available. I ordered sauteed pork with bamboo shoots with regular spice and it was amazing. Spice level was tolerable. I was sweating but it wasn't bad that I couldn't taste the other flavours. Serving was more than enough for one person. I had to get the rest for take out.
