“I ordered a cake slab from Irresistible Cakes (icakes) just a few days before my event, and the process was seamless. Their customer service was fantastic throughout! However, on the day of the event, I found myself stuck on the DVP for 3 hours due to an unexpected highway closure (yes, I was late). To make things worse, there was a mix-up with the delivery address – Ave instead of Rd.

Thankfully, icakes went above and beyond by instructing the driver to reroute, even though they didn’t have to, and I was beyond grateful for their flexibility. I can’t guarantee they’d do this for everyone, as they have a pretty thorough policy, but their willingness to help saved the day.

Luckily, someone was at the event to receive the cake, and it was a hit with everyone! Huge thanks to icakes for the excellent experience, and a special shoutout to the driver! Of course, I made sure to tip!“

“We’d recommend Jac & Jill’s to any one looking for dessert! We went in specifically for some ice cream - we chose the s’mores and the chocolate flavours. Both were high quality, creamy and smooth. While we were there we also picked up a (impromptu) walk-on mini cake to take home. Our sweet tooth has been satisfied. We’ll be back!“

“We came here for my parents anniversary and my mom absolutely loved the cakes! My grandma and grandpa liked the 3 15 cake. I got a ramen cake for my birthday and it was delicious. The designs are so creative too that I do not want to eat it.“

“My partner and I went for their Studio Ghibli themed high tea, first ever experience doing this kinda thing and it was very nice! food was flavourful, great portions and awesome service everyone was polite.
A little pricy but 10/10 very worth it between the food and service, no doubt you have to experience their events at least once.
Last note it’s also very cute they have small artist vendor art for you to buy like a convention stall!“

“I have been eating them all wrong!! 🙈 Did you know they were supposed to be enjoyed fresh right away?! Today I had one the proper way. And it’s like I found a totally new donut. Crispy on the outside and mochi on the inside. It’s like they were popping donuts! The owner was so kind. And he shared with me how they are so serious about fresh donuts that if a donut isn’t sold in the timeframe they are supposed to be enjoyed, it’s thrown out. Guaranteed fresh! “This is our second visit and both times the staff have been very friendly. They recommended the mango pomelo sago drink our first time and it was so good, we went back for more! We’ll be back again for sure, they have lots of treats on the menu.“

Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is accessible—double doors with mechanical opener. Inside has tables that should be tall enough to be accessible if you request staff move one of the chairs. Washroom is available for customers but likely not accessible to wheelchair users.“

“Originally mangoes were out of season and the customer service did not recommend ordering mango milk cake, but my mango head really wanted to eat mango?The result! I was shocked when I got it! The mangoes are sweet and fresh! ! ! Friends love it! ! !“

“Had our wedding recently. We received so many compliments for our wedding cake made by dearDeer. So many guests told us the wedding cake was unexpectedly delicious and fluffy, and some engaged couples asked us which bakery it was from. My husband and I actually didn't get a chance to eat the cake because we were too busy moving around! We needed to try for ourselves so we ordered a tasting box afterwards. Our wedding cake consisted of three tiers, each with a different flavour: Black sesame, matcha, honey yuzu. We included these flavours plus mocha in our tasting box. I personally like matcha the best.

The price for the wedding cake might have been a little expensive, but it was well worth it. Let alone the fact that everyone at the wedding was pleasantly surprised by its taste, the handcrafted figures accompanying the cake were so heartily made, cute, and very similar to the pictures I provided.

Simply put, their cakes are beautiful and tasty. Highly recommend!“

“My experience was amazing from the first conversation! My daughter had a vision for her 4th birthday cake (The shape and decorations were a little different to normal young people cakes) and this wonderful human brought it to life!!! Nothing was too hard for her even if my requests were a little weird. When we picked up the cake my daughters face said it all. And then to top other off the my guests loved the taste. Cannot wait to need a cake again soon!“

“Many unique Asian bakery items you may not have seen beforeGot these iced cream buns. Not ice cream. Imagine putting cream into the fridge so it’s a little firmer, but still creamy and light to the bite.So good to throw it inside a bun and with flavours! The mango one had actual bits of mango which was so refreshingThey have a few other items like these egg tarts, but they’re super thick and the tiger skin rolls which look amazing in the pictures.People working there were super friendly and tried answering my questions even with a bit of language barrier. “Baskin-Robbins at Victoria Terrace is a delightful spot for ice cream lovers. My family and I visited recently and were thoroughly impressed. The variety of flavors was fantastic, with each one tasting fresh and delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, even as my kids took their time deciding on their choices. The store was clean and inviting, making our visit even more enjoyable. From classic flavors to creative new options, Baskin-Robbins exceeded our expectations. Back with the Baklava, as it becomes the baseline for establishing good bakeries, it is filled with a thick layer of walnuts soaked in a sweet, sticky syrup. A pastry that's quickly climbing my personal ranks, Galaktoboureko features a smooth custardy bite with a touch of vanilla, contrasted with the subtly crisp filo dough on top that's soaked with honey syrup.“

“I tried the monthly flavour and decided to stay with an old time favourite. Originally, the flavour I loved was raspberry cheesecake but it was replaced by a similar type several years ago. I purchased a kid size of strawberry cheesecake. Servers were helpful and friendly. Outdoor patio in front of the store is happening.“
