“I ordered a cake slab from Irresistible Cakes (icakes) just a few days before my event, and the process was seamless. Their customer service was fantastic throughout! However, on the day of the event, I found myself stuck on the DVP for 3 hours due to an unexpected highway closure (yes, I was late). To make things worse, there was a mix-up with the delivery address – Ave instead of Rd.

Thankfully, icakes went above and beyond by instructing the driver to reroute, even though they didn’t have to, and I was beyond grateful for their flexibility. I can’t guarantee they’d do this for everyone, as they have a pretty thorough policy, but their willingness to help saved the day.

Luckily, someone was at the event to receive the cake, and it was a hit with everyone! Huge thanks to icakes for the excellent experience, and a special shoutout to the driver! Of course, I made sure to tip!“

“Found out about this place while trying to get my nephew some pokemon gifts for my nephew. Its in a hidden plaza, at first I thought it was a little pricey, but considering the amount of effort required and niche product, its more than fairly priced.
The workers are all very friendly and kind. Lots of parking.
The place itself is very unique, collaborating with other small businesses and having them sold in store, it comes in handy. Mini crochet anime fogures, stickers, drinkwear, clothing, etc.
The ditto pana cotta thing was a genius creation.
Glad to have this addition to the city, its a gem of a place.
They also have cool events, tea set events like pokemon, demon Slayer, etc.“

“Go to place for Shanghai style moon cakes (with pork filling), they are seasonal that you can only get around this time, call in a day or two ahead to pre-order and advise of pick up time, and voila, you will get freshly made, flaky juicy and still hot very tasty moon cakes. “Wow — what a delicious birthday cake for my daughter’s 4th birthday! I ordered a cake with custom photo imaging, and it turned out beautifully. The cake itself was incredibly moist and full of flavor, and the photo printed on top was clear and done perfectly.

The only small drawback was that the cake may not have been secured properly during transportation, because the icing on one side ended up a little smudged by the time I checked it in the car. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to have it fixed right away.

That said, the cake was absolutely delicious and still made the celebration extra special. Overall, a great experience and a wonderful cake!“
