You’re paying to be judged & gossiped about! I watched inside at the register, as the middle aged male manager & 5 employees were too busy gossiping about the customers in the drive thru line then serving food or getting the orders correct, as I had to go in to order curds that were missing & didn’t realize until we got home, we were missing a drink and the kids meals were also wrong.
Their policy is about themselves, not customer service. For instance, if their system fails it costs you, I ordered through the mobile app at my store nearby, but the app sent it to the other side of town. I called to cancel the order, but dairy Queen policy they don't issue refunds because they still have to pay someone to make it. so you're out of money and no food. it's there policy to not have customer service
Food was awful I got patty melt and bread was not even toasted. there was a pile of purple Onion in the middle of it and some cheese no sauce nothing. I called to speak with whoever was in charge and he said his name was Chris he never apologized he just wanted to know if I had a receipt.
