Duckworth's Fish & Chips has remained the go-to spot in the GTA since they opened in the 1950's. Great generational family business. I definitely stop in whenever I'm in the neighborhood!
This place was suggested to me and it sure impressed me. I had the Halibut & Chips, it was a generous size. The batter was light & crispy, fries were thick & fried perfect. I have since returned and all was good! Definitely thumbs up 👍 would recommend it

Will definitely be back when in the South End.
Place was clean, staff plentiful and food good.
As other reviews state, portions are a bit smaller than usual, but so is the price. $17 for fish & chips is great!
Menu is simple. Not at all overwhelming.
Looking forward to trying/comparing the Danforth location soon.
