I must say that I was disappointed after I tried the Golden. The outside was a thick layer of unflavored white chocolate and it was ruining the delicate tastes of the inside. Let me describe what I mean when I say thick. I had to throw half of the dessert away. I overheard another customer behind me talking about how it was too much white chocolate and I felt I couldn't agree more. Please work on thinning out the chocolate, and also maybe flavoring it so it's not just plain chocolate. Now that being said, the inside was really lovely with some fresh mango sticky rice pudding and coconut mousse.

The desserts are delicate and not overly sweet, especially the matcha quartet paired with a croissant and cake; the slight bitterness balances perfectly with the sweetness.

I usually get the matcha coconut here and it’s pretty good, but today I tried the strawberry matcha and it was really disappointing. The texture was grainy and unpleasant, with the price 8.75 for a small cup def not worth for that quality. Anw that’s the worst strawberry matcha I’ve ever had.

Evana Cafe is a true gem for anyone with a sweet tooth. Their desserts are not only incredibly tasty, but also layered with complex flavors that show real craftsmanship. Every bite feels carefully balanced — rich yet not overwhelming, sweet with just the right depth.

What really sets them apart is their creativity. They’re always coming up with fresh and exciting ideas, whether it’s the cruffin (a perfect blend of croissant and muffin) or their croissant ice cream that’s as fun as it is delicious. Each creation feels unique, thoughtfully made, and absolutely memorable.

And of course, their matcha flights are just as creative. The flavors are so inventive and playful, highlighting matcha in ways I hadn’t imagined before. Who would have thought of Thai tea and matcha?! It’s both an experience and a treat. Would definitely recommended.

My husband and I are so blown away by our wedding cake made by Evana Cafe. Eva (owner) gave us a cake tasting and was SO patient with us as we’re a very indecisive couple LOL. She absolutely exceeded all our expectations. From the taste to the look. Absolutely delicious and stunning- just look at the photo!! Thank you so much for everything, truly 🩷
