Ordered 6lb lobster, steam bass from the set menu. ($258). Food was delivered to our table pretty quickly. Absolutely No service at all, not even offering gloves before we asked for it. My plate was full of the lobster shells. Mandatory 12% tips after tax, equivalent to about 13.6% tips before tax. Cash discount 5%.
Overall, Not a pleasant dining experiences and mediocre food quality. We paid $2 for the 0.08lb overweight of lobster, unnecessarily tedious and precise.

1. Soup of the Day (Chicken Soup) – Light and comforting start, clean flavors.
2. Lobster in Hong Kong Style (5 lb) – Super fresh, meaty, and flavorful. Definitely the highlight of the meal.
3. Dry-Aged AAA Canadian Ribeye (16 oz, aged 20+ days) – Tender, juicy, with rich beefy flavor. A nice surf-and-turf touch.
4. Steamed Sea Bass – Perfectly cooked,...
