Went 04/25 for dinner with a friend. First time hot pot experience. We were greeted promptly, had a fantastic server who explained everything to us. Some of the options were not for my taste of food but everything was fresh and the restaurant was very clean. Great experience!

After a disappointing experience at the downtown location, we decided to drive to the Scarborough location because we were still craving Haidilao and were so glad we did.

From the moment we arrived the staff were kind, welcoming and attentive. A special thank you to our server Alex, who truly made our night. He was friendly, easy to talk to and made us feel so comfortable. When one of our marbled beef orders had too much fat, he quickly offered to replace it without hesitation. He even walked us out when we were leaving which was such a thoughtful gesture that really stuck to me.

Alex made us feel more like friends than customers. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. This visit completely made up for our earlier experience. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend the Scarborough location for both great food and amazing service.

Always like it there, you can't beat the service there. I made a reservation for a birthday, they set up the table nicely with nice birthday decors. Food is very good too. It just got pricier. But overall, it's a place.
